Terms of service

OnlineTableCheck connects guests with hospitality venues. By making a booking you agree that your reservation details (name, contact, party size, date and time) are shared with the venue you book, whose own house policies apply to your visit.

Bookings are free for guests. Venues are responsible for honouring confirmed reservations; OnlineTableCheck is not liable for venue cancellations, menu changes or pricing shown at the venue.

Misuse of the platform — fraudulent bookings, scraping, or interference with venue systems — may result in access being suspended.

For venue subscription terms (Athena EliteServe platform plans and marketplace listings), the signed order form and master service agreement govern.
